Products and Services available through Age Concern Albury Wodonga Inc.
Age Concern provides services including Home Modifications and Maintenance, Centre-based Day Care, Social support and Community Development that are funded by the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (NSW) (DADHC).
We provide products and services for the support, wellbeing, education and health of people of all ages and backgrounds. These include Neighbour Aid Home Visiting Program and Communitiy Visitors - friends for frail older people
who may not have family living close by.
We coordinate health and fitness programs including gentle exercise tailored to suit older persons or anyone wishing to improve their fitness the gentle way.
Home Modification and Maintenance Services for people who are unable to undertake these tasks themselves, Carinya Social group and Centre Based Day Activity Programs.
